This Privacy Policy explains how Custom-Integrated, LLC d/b/a The Staging Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our virtual staging and unstaging service (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address (required for magic-link sign-in), and optionally your name and phone number when you provide them.
- Customer Content: photographs you upload and any notes, revision requests, or style selections you submit.
- Order & billing data: order history, total charged, and payment metadata returned by Stripe (last four digits, brand, expiry). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the Service — process your photos and return Outputs.
- To process payment, send receipts, and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional email (magic links, order confirmations, delivery notifications). We do not send marketing email.
- To debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- With your permission (which is on by default and revocable in Settings), to display anonymized before/after pairs in our marketing.
3. Subprocessors
We rely on the following third parties to operate the Service. Each is contracted to handle your data only as needed to deliver their function:
- Supabase, Inc. — database, authentication, and file storage (United States).
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (United States).
- Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (United States).
- Google LLC — Gemini API, accessed via our inference backend to generate staged or unstaged images (United States).
- Inference backend provider — the model host that routes requests to the image-generation model. We send only the input image and your style/prompt; we do not transmit your name, email, or billing data.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, edge runtime, and DDoS protection (United States).
We will update this list before adding a new subprocessor that handles Customer Content.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with subprocessors listed above, when required by law or valid legal process, or in connection with a merger or acquisition in which the acquirer agrees to honor this Policy.
5. Retention
- Originals & Outputs: retained for 90 days after delivery so you can re-download or request revisions, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
- Account & billing records: retained for as long as your account is active, plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Server logs: retained for up to 90 days.
6. Your choices
- Update your email or close your account at Settings.
- Opt out of anonymized marketing use of your before/after pairs at Settings → Marketing usage.
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing Hello@TheStagingStudio.ai.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected with multi-factor authentication.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. International users
The Service is operated from and stored in the United States. By using it you consent to processing in the U.S.
10. Changes
We will post material changes to this Policy and update the "Last updated" date above.
