We want every photo we deliver to work for your listing. This policy explains how revisions and refunds work.
1. Unlimited free revisions for 14 days
Once your photos are delivered, you have 14 days to request as many revisions as you need at no additional charge. Open the order, hit "Request revision", and tell us what to change. There is no cap on the number of revision rounds within this window.
2. No refund once photos are delivered
Because each order requires GPU compute time and human quality-control review before delivery, orders that have been delivered are not eligible for a cash refund, even if you decide not to use the photos. The labor and compute have already been spent. Your remedy in that situation is the free revisions described in Section 1 — we'll keep iterating until the output is right.
3. Full refund for technical failures on our end
If we fail to complete your order due to a technical problem on our side (extended outage of our inference backend, corrupted output we cannot recover, loss of your originals before delivery, or any other failure attributable to us and not to your inputs), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method automatically. No request necessary.
4. What is not a "technical failure"
- You changed your mind about the style after delivery.
- The photo you uploaded was too low-resolution or poorly lit to stage well.
- You uploaded the wrong photos.
- You no longer have the listing.
These are covered by the free revisions window in Section 1, not by Section 3.
5. How to request a revision
Open the delivered order and click "Request revision". We typically turn revisions around within the same business day.
6. How a refund is processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. We will email you a refund receipt.
7. Disputes & chargebacks
Please contact us at Hello@TheStagingStudio.ai before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster than your card issuer.
